The International Association for Court Administration (IACA), in association with the Dubai Courts and the DIFC Courts as host judiciary, presents the International Conference on Court Management in Dubai which will focus on the concept of court excellence. This event in Dubai is the first of its kind in the Middle East region and the sixth International Conference to be held by IACA since its establishment in 2004. The objective of International Association for Court Administration (IACA), a non-profit organization is to encourage the pursuit of excellence at an international level in cooperation with global court officials to develop institutional frameworks and operational efficiency of courts.
This years conference themed "Court Excellence in a Changing World" in collaboration with Dubai Courts and DIFC Courts, who have always placed a strong emphasis on court excellence, efficiency and customer engagement as well as Dubai Courts which is considered to be one of the strongest judicial organizations that serves as a role model in the Middle East region. The conference will play host to a wide participation from the region and worldwide. The event will provide an excellent opportunity for judicial organizations in the Middle East and all over the world to share in, and gain knowledge about best practices, latest strategies for change and successful examples of court efficiency from all over the world. Participants will have a unique opportunity to understand the dynamic perceptions and developments in global court systems.
Speakers will include world renowned experts in the field of operational efficiency, registry support technologies and higher standards of court user response and support.
The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai and would witness the participation of judges, officials of the Ministries of Justice, Supreme Court managers, lawyers, consultants, academics and representatives of the judicial systems from more than 50 countries across the world - all aiming to initiate a comprehensive approach towards improving standards of court excellence, efficiency and transparency.
